This Intermediate level training guide for the bare hands martial art of Japanese Kempo builds upon the skills learned in the first DVD, Kempo for Beginners.

One of the characteristics of Japanese Kempo is that it utilizes protective training gear to allow techniques to be practiced at real life speeds. This live action training allows for techniques to be mastered effectively through hands on training against full force attacks.
