What is Rokkon Shoujou?
禄魂笑浄
When Soke introduced this idea at the beginning of 2010 he explained that:

Roku (禄) was from Kanroku (貫禄) which is presence (aura, charisma and authority all in one) and diginity.
Kon (魂)was Tamashi (魂)which is spirit or soul
Shou (笑)was Egau/Warau (笑)which is to smile or laugh
Jou (浄) was from Shoujou (症状)which is to purify
